Where we ship

Matteform currently ships to addresses in the United States only.

Cost

Flat-rate shipping of $8 is charged at checkout on orders under $40. Shipping is free on orders of $40 or more.

Processing time

Orders are passed to the warehouse within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Expect delivery in about 10–15 days from order, including processing. Tracking is provided on every order and emailed to you once the parcel is scanned.

Separate parcels

Our three products are stocked in different warehouses. If you order more than one item — including The Complete Setup — they ship independently and arrive in separate parcels, often on different days. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Delays

Carrier delays, customs checks and weather can extend delivery beyond the estimate. If an order has not arrived after 20 days, email help@matteform.net and we will investigate, replace or refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will refund the item cost but not the original shipping.
