Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of matteform.net and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them. Matteform is an independent online retailer of desk accessories.

2. Products and descriptions

We publish product specifications supplied by the manufacturer. Where a figure has not been published by the manufacturer, we say so rather than estimating it. Product photography is representative; colours can vary slightly between screens and production batches.

3. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the pricing was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other providers shown at checkout. Matteform does not store your card details.

6. Availability

Stock levels can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Matteform's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage arising from misuse of a product or from loading a product beyond any stated limit.

8. Product use

Our products are for ordinary domestic and office use. Do not exceed any stated size or weight limit on a product page. Where a product page states that a limit has not been published, treat the product conservatively.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, renders and layout — belongs to Matteform unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
